OUR STORY.
Forge began with a question: What would happen if Yorkshire business owners had the space, support, and strategy to grow with real clarity?
What followed was a bold idea, a business event shaped by experience, not ego. Designed by people who’ve built from the ground up, taken risks, learned the hard way, and still show up to do the work. We were fed up of having to travel the world for great speakers, pay thousands in travel & ticket prices & new there was a better way, A way that could gather a community, provide huge value for money & then leave with an actual plan of implementation.

Forge is a product of the North, built here, by people who understand what it means to lead with grit, to grow through challenge, and to do it all with purpose. It brings together leaders, founders, and teams for two days of deep thinking, practical learning, and meaningful connection. You’ll walk in with questions and leave with a 12-month strategy shaped by experts and sharpened by peers.

AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE
We believe that creating an affordable ticket price to make this event accessible is critical. Most events of this type, the cheapest ticket you will find is between £500 & £750 pounds. Our tickets start from £249 & provided they are purchased 6 months prior to the event, you can spread the cost over 3 months so you can get to the event for £83 a month for 3 months. We are committed to bringing the best speakers from around the world.

WE GIVE BACK
FORGE is designed as a not for profit, in fact we predict that it will cost the organisers money. But for any reason we did make a profit, all profits will be reinvested back into the local business community providing funding options for start ups across the city.
